About FollowScope

What we do

Instagram no longer shows another person's following list in chronological order. FollowScope looks up the following list of a public Instagram account and shows the most recent follows first, so you can see who someone followed lately without scrolling through hundreds of names.

Premium members can also add profiles to a watchlist. We check those profiles twice a day and show every new follow with the time we detected it.

How it works

• We only look up public accounts. Private accounts cannot be looked up.
• You never log in with your Instagram account and we never ask for an Instagram password.
• Instagram sometimes shuffles following lists. When that happens we say so clearly instead of showing a wrong order.
• We keep a search log without IP addresses or personal data, only to keep the service running. Details are in our privacy policy.

Who we are

FollowScope is run by Simon Grimm, a sole proprietorship based in Altach, Vorarlberg, Austria. It is an independent service and is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
