How the unfollower tracker works
- Enter your public Instagram username. No password, no app.
- We load your complete follower and following lists and show who doesn't follow you back.
- Every day we check your followers again. When someone unfollows you, they appear under "Unfollowed you" with the date and you get an email.
A change is only shown after a second check confirms it, so a short glitch at Instagram never shows up as a fake unfollow.

How can I see who unfollowed me on Instagram?
Instagram does not tell you. Add your public account to the FollowScope unfollower tracker: we check your follower list once a day, show everyone who left with the date and send you an email.
How do I see who doesn't follow me back on Instagram?
FollowScope compares the accounts you follow with your followers and lists everyone who doesn't follow you back. You can refresh the list once a day.
Do I need to log in with my Instagram account?
No. You only enter your username. We never ask for your Instagram password, so your account is safe.
Does it work for private accounts?
No. Your account needs to be public so the follower list can be read. You can make it public while you check and switch it back afterwards, but tracking over time needs a public account.
Will people know I checked?
No. Nothing happens on Instagram, nobody gets a notification.
